By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in no refunds, replacements, or compensation under any circumstances.

Product Usage & Liability

  • We are not liable if an anti-raid or security bot such as Beemo, Wick, Vortex, or Security kicks or bans the tokens (members/boost accounts). No refunds or replacements will be provided.
  • We are not liable if a server administrator, staff member, or owner kicks or bans the tokens (members/boost accounts). No refunds or replacements will be provided.
  • We are not liable if an admin, staff, owner, or bot nukes your server, prunes members, or if your server is terminated by Discord. No refunds or replacements will be provided.
  • Do not change bot permissions or remove the bot during an ongoing deal.
  • Before activating a key, remove any anti-nuke bot such as Wick or Flantic that kicks unverified bots upon addition.

Activation & Warranty

  • Add the bot to the correct server. Double-check the server details before activation. If you add the bot to the wrong server, no compensation will be provided.
  • Member keys must be used within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Boost keys must be used within 15 minutes of purchase.
  • After these time limits, we are not responsible if Discord terminates the tokens (members/boost accounts) or revokes Nitro, promotions, or boosts associated with your key.
  • Nitro tokens come with a limited 15-minute warranty. This starts when you receive the product, not when you use them.

Limitations & Requirements

  • We do not provide warranty for Discord terminations or flagged accounts, Nitro revokes as this is out of our control, errors while joining servers (no replacements will be given), or lost boosts if boosting accounts are removed by anti-raid bots or manually kicked.
  • Boosts are non-transferable. Once applied, they cannot be moved to another server or reissued.
  • If Discord revokes/terminates the Nitro/tokens used for boosting/Members, no replacement or refund will be given.
  • In any scenario, if server boosts are lost, removed, or revoked for any reason, we are not responsible, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Members do not have a full warranty. If Discord terminates them, we are not responsible, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

Proof Requirements

  • You must have a continuous screen recording from the start of payment until you invite our bot to your server.
  • This screen recording is required for any support requests. Without it, no support, refund, or replacement will be provided.
  • Do not use flagged or leaked tools as proof. Only use a trusted Token Checker or Boost Bot from a reputable seller.

By proceeding with a purchase, you fully agree to these terms and understand that we are not responsible for any losses caused by Discord actions, server settings, or misuse of the service. No exceptions will be made.
